What length skirt loop should I get?

Getting the correct size skirt loop is critical to proper use. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact us via email or phone.

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit card payments through Square Payments. If you need an alternative payment method, please contact us at design@preciousbridewalk.com.

Can you accommodate large/bulk orders? May we be a distributor for your product?

When will my order ship?

After we receive your payment, we will ship the product out within 24 hours. We ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is available by contacting us.

What are the shipping and handling costs?

Shipping and handling is a flat $10 on all orders, any size.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. A 25% restocking fee applies if the order is shipped. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

Can I return or exchange the product?

Unused and unopened items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days. A 25% restocking fee applies to orders returned or exchanged. Custom orders may not be eligible for our return policy.
